The only downside is parking, if management can get an allocated parking spot that would be a huge bonus. Failing that, If you have a rented car and don't mind walking a couple of blocks you can find metered parking for $5 which will give you 12 hours! Parking in the block can be a little confusing and expensive. Definitely would stay again. All the best!
