De plus, comme il l'indique dans sa description, il y a un dépôt remboursable (300 $) à payer via le site tiers OU vous avez la possibilité de payer des frais non remboursables de (30 $). Cela n'a posé aucun problème pour moi, mais cela peut être à prendre en compte pour d'autres voyageurs ! Excellent séjour et excellent hôte. Andrew is a very responsive host and his place is exactly as he advertised it. As he explains in his description he uses a third party website that includes easy to follow check in instructions and the ability to request early check in and late check out. This method is convenient and easy to use! There are also local recommendations included. Also as he discloses in his description there is a refundable deposit ($300) to be paid through the third party OR you have the choice to pay a non refundable fee of ($30). This was no problem for me, but may be something to consider for other travellers! Great stay and great host.

Super appartement/immeuble et emplacement ! Je n'ai pas utilisé toutes les commodités de la cuisine, mais elle est entièrement équipée pour un séjour long ou court. Le lave-linge et le sèche-linge sont un énorme atout ! J'ai pu faire une lessive en quelques heures. Le seul inconvénient est le stationnement : si la gestion pouvait obtenir une place de parking attribuée, ce serait un énorme avantage. Sinon, si vous avez une voiture de location et que cela ne vous dérange pas de marcher quelques pâtés de maisons, vous pouvez trouver un parking avec parcmètre pour 5 $ qui vous donne 12 heures ! Se garer dans le quartier peut être un peu déroutant et coûteux. Je reviendrais sans hésiter. Bonne continuation ! Great apartment/building and location! I didn't use all of the amenities in the Kitchen, but is fully equipped for a long or short stay. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus! I was able to laundry load in a couple of hours. The only downside is parking, if management can get an allocated parking spot that would be a huge bonus. Failing that, If you have a rented car and don't mind walking a couple of blocks you can find metered parking for $5 which will give you 12 hours! Parking in the block can be a little confusing and expensive. Definitely would stay again. All the best!

Notre séjour a été excellent ! La chambre était propre, bien rangée et spacieuse, avec des équipements complets qui ont rendu notre séjour très confortable. Our stay was excellent! The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with complete facilities that made our stay very comfortable. The location of the accommodation is also ideal — very close to the subway station, making transportation extremely convenient. There are plenty of dining options nearby, which made meals easy and enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied and would highly recommend it to others!

Tout d'abord, ce fut un plaisir d'échanger avec Andrew, l'un des meilleurs hôtes avec qui j'ai eu affaire. La communication était excellente et il a été très serviable. L'annonce elle-même était magnifique et super propre, l'emplacement est à une minute du Skytrain, superbe établissement dans un quartier calme et agréable. Proche de nombreux supermarchés. Je recommande vivement. First of all, pleasure dealing with Andrew, one of the best hosts I have dealt with. Communication was great and he was helpful. The listing itself was magnificent and super clean, the location is 1-minute away from the Skytrain, great facility with a quiet and wonderful neighborhood. Near a lot of grocery stores. Highly recommended.
